und warum es zukünftig für deutsche Organisatoren wohl schwer sein wird noch einmal einen CX Weltcup zu bekommen:

Dear Name X,
We took good note of the elements of your letter dated 09.04.2019.
As you shall be aware, the payment of prize moneys is the responsibility of organisers pursuant to article 1.2.071 of the UCI Regulations.
At the end of March 2018, the UCI was informed by Mrs. Hanka Kupfernagel of the bankruptcy of the Organizing Committee and of the non-payment of riders’ prize moneys. It however appears that some riders received their prize money in the course of March 2018.
The UCI acted on several levels, including by requesting a list of paid and unpaid riders as well as payment deadlines from the organiser. Moreover, the UCI later refused all applications from the organiser to organise UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup events or any other event.
Finally, the UCI ensures the yearly payment of the UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup Overall Standings prizes to riders.
Kind regards
Name Y
